As the new Chief Editor of Field and Stream , I have several ideas on what to add to the website as well as the writing for the website to make it a better and more clear format for readers and editors alike. To start off, I believe that the voice in the writing should be a bit more clear. Sometimes when reading the articles, figuring out the point of view for who is writing and when can be a challenge. I would tell future writers to emphasize point of view as it can make reading and understanding much more clear. Tone is actually very present, and many writers have a good premise when it comes to setting the tone for their articles. In terms of elements and features to promote use, I would emphasize on seasons to stay updated. An example of this would be if it is brown trout season, do more writing on brown trout season because readers are probably fishing brown trout at the same time the article is being published.
