This Past Weekend Controversy Podcast

The term "woke" has been one of the most controversial terms in recent years as well as the 21st century as a whole. The entire idea of being politically correct has left many people both questioning and judging with many different remarks. With this whole rise of being woke, many have done the opposite of being politically correct and have had a strong passions for the more irreverent style of comedy that is the opposite of politically correct. One podcast that has taken more to this angle is the This Past Weekend podcast with stand up comedian, Theo Von. This podcast had sparked lots of controversy over the past few years for its politically irreverent jokes and remarks, strong bias, and many examples of mis/disinformation.  Interestingly enough, many of the bias remarks, faulty information, and problems with the media in this podcast have come from controversial stars that have been featured on the podcast. Comparison of two different news stories

When it comes to any story about a massive headline in the field of marine biology, I am always interested or intrigued by the breaking headlines. Just recently, there was a news headline that came out about a discovery in Virginia Beach that has scientists in the field of marine biology questioning and thinking. On March 11th, 2023, two very large dead humpback whales washed ashore on the oceanfront. What has had the community of marine biologists questioning was the cause of death. While there were many news outlets that did stories about this shocking discovery, two of the main ones that did major headlines on this topic were 13newsnow and pilotonline. While both news outlets were talking about the same story, the wording to the story was different and they way they described the situation was also different.
